This is a very custom drape the fabric is custom designed from original artwork and custom hand made here only in our Whistler Studio.
Choosing the fabric pattern
Before you purchase, please note down the fabric pattern name and color you wish to purchase so at checkout in the note to seller box you can write in that information.
Unlined our drapery panels, very slightly shows light through but are heavy enough to be used unlined you get a natural, light look. Not suitable for keeping the cold out or providing complete darkness, they do however give plenty of privacy.
Options for you to think about.
2x fullness is recommended for full looking curtains. You can however get away with 1.5 x the width if you are happy with less fullness.
Measuring your window for the correct length and installing your rod correctly.
Install your rod 4 " above the top of the window frame. Also make room for stack back on the width . For example, 4" left side of window + widow width + 4 extra inches on right of window for stack back . Example: Window width is 72" outside frame to outside frame, add 14" left stack back + 14 " right stack back = 100 total rod width. Once rod is installed measure from the top of the rod to the floor or sill and take 1/2" off that measurement. this will be your total length.
Measuring for the correct amount of panels
To purchase the correct amount of panels, measure your rod width and double it divide it by 48" (which is the width of your panel) and you will arrive at the amount of panels you need. Round up to make each side have the same amount of panels.

If you want panels for decoration only
You can just purchase a panel for each side if you want it for decoration only and not to cover the window, however I would only do this if you widow is a narrow window. Larger window widths 72" and wider, I would recommend 2 widths per side for decoration purposes only. Some prefer this as they have blinds already which give the privacy needed.
Joined panels how to calculate it.
At check out there is a cost for each joint. Please add that cost by choosing 1 or 2 or 3 joins depending on how many panels you want joined.
For example if you want to buy 2 panels joined you would type in quantity
2 for the panel section and 1 for the join.
If you want 2 curtains each with two panels you would type in at the quantity 4 panels and 2 joins. Specify also in the note section you want a set of 2 panels to make 1 curtain for each side of your window. Any questions please email us before you order HERE.
